We recommend the "Professional Appraisal Reports" which include the basic form, a trend analysis, the cost approach, current listings, which we offer at a package price of $425.00.
- This package provides the most assurance to a third party reader that enough data has been analyzed to insure that the final conclussions and estimates are well support, and check and balances have been put inplace to insure an accurate analysis.
