What sets me apart?
As some real estate professionals will tell you, there are "vocational appraisers" and "professional appraisers". 
A “Professional Appraiser” provides additional detail in the form of supporting documentation and statements made in the appraisal report.
My reports go beyond merely opinions, and provide substantiation, based on facts derived from the market. Whether this support is presented through graphs and trend analysis which express trends in the market, ample comparable sales and listings to bracket and support adjustments, which may include multiple regression analysis and a detailed cost analysis and support for land/site value.
It is my intent to provide an appraisal report that when read by a review appraiser, judge, underwriter, or client they come to the same conclusion I came to.
I am not always the fastest or cheapest. My main objective is to provide a quality service and a appraisal report that eliminates any concern regarding the final estimate of value.
