It is becoming more essential that sellers have their property listing presentation more complete and comprehensive. There is evidence in the market that a more comprehensive listing sells faster and for a higher amount. |

As a professional real estate agent: if you don’t have the time to measure a home I can help.
I have close to 30 years experience measuring houses, for real estate agents, insurance agents, and as an appraiser.
I can go to the property, measure the house and other characteristics, provide you with interior room sizes, get you copies of deeds, and obtain updated photographs.
As an appraiser, I understand ANSI standards, Fannie Mae standards and FHA standards.
I can provide you with a detail attachment for your listing, which in turn creates a more accurate and detailed listing.

| Introductory Offer |
| I will do first three building sketches for each agency for free under the condition that I am able to meet with your office during one of its sales meetings and explain what I do and take any questions. |
| Our Fees |

$50.00 for a property with less than 1500 sq.ft. of above grade living area.
$75.00 for a property with less than 2,500 sq.ft. of above grade living area
$100.00 for a property with more than 2,500 sq.ft. of above grade living area.
Note: For most work, there is typically a 2-5 day turn around time. |
